DELIVERY, COLLECTION & RETURNS POLICY

1. Product Information
Many Nightingale Florals products are handmade or contain natural materials. Colours, foliage, dried materials, flowers and decorative components may therefore vary slightly from photographs. These variations are part of the nature of floral products and do not necessarily constitute a fault.

2. Local Collection
Where local collection is offered, collection details will be provided when ordering or once your order is ready. Collection is from the agreed Nightingale Florals collection location in or around Willington, Derbyshire, unless otherwise specified.

3. UK Delivery
UK delivery is available on selected products. Available delivery options and charges will be displayed during ordering or confirmed before purchase. We will take reasonable care when packaging your order.

4. Delivery Times
Any dispatch or delivery times provided are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Nightingale Florals cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.

5. Christmas DIY Kits
Christmas DIY kits may contain fresh foliage and other perishable natural materials. Dispatch or collection dates may therefore be scheduled close to the date the kit is intended to be created. Please open fresh-material kits promptly upon receipt and follow the care and storage instructions provided.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact Nightingale Florals as soon as reasonably possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. Please provide your name, order details, a description of the problem and clear photographs where helpful. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

7. Changing Your Mind
Your cancellation and return rights depend on the type of product purchased. Certain goods may be exempt from normal cancellation rights, including, where applicable, goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised and goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Where a statutory right to cancel applies, we will provide the cancellation and returns information required by law.

8. Bespoke & Perishable Designs
Many bespoke floral designs are created specifically for an individual customer’s requirements. Where a product is made to your specifications or clearly personalised, statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply. Fresh flowers, foliage and other perishable natural products have a limited lifespan and different cancellation or return rules may apply.

9. Returning Eligible Products
Where a return is accepted or required by law, we will provide instructions explaining where and how the item should be returned. Products should be appropriately packaged to prevent avoidable damage during return. Responsibility for return costs will depend on the reason for return and applicable consumer rights.

10. Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will be processed using the appropriate payment method and within the period required by applicable law.

11. DIY Kit Results
DIY kits are supplied with materials and guidance to enable customers to create their own floral design. As the final arrangement is created by the customer, individual results will naturally vary from photographs and demonstrations.
