A short story about the couple's brief
For their beautiful summer wedding at Oakhill in Cromford, Eleanor and Ryan wanted a timeless, elegant colour palette of whites and greens. The brief was to create a romantic, natural look with gorgeous fresh flowers and soft greenery, complementing the sage green wedding styling and beautiful surroundings without feeling overpowering.
THE FLOWERS
We chose a beautiful combination of ivory roses, delicate lisianthus, gypsophila and eucalyptus to create soft, romantic arrangements with plenty of natural texture. Eleanor’s bridal bouquet featured gorgeous ivory roses nestled amongst delicate white flowers and flowing greenery, creating a timeless, elegant look. Fresh white buttonholes carried the same styling through to Ryan and the groomsmen. For the reception, we decorated silver lanterns with fresh flowers and greenery, displayed on rustic wooden slices. Paired with sage green table runners, they created beautiful centrepieces that complemented the venue perfectly. A larger statement arrangement filled with ivory roses, lisianthus and lush greenery completed the floral styling. White and green weddings will always be a favourite of mine — such a classic combination that never goes out of style!
